JOYÀ, the first permanent Cirque du Soleil show in Mexico presents performing arts in an intimate theater designed to engage audiences through the five senses. JOYÀ tells of the adventure of a teenager who is suddenly catapulted into the heart of a mysterious jungle that is inside the universe of her grandfather, an extravagant man who loves nature, who constantly searches for the meaning of life. Full refund will apply in the following cases:

2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
